What you are buying, what we owe you, and what happens if plans change.
These terms apply when you book a treatment, buy a package or membership, or use studioreshaped.com. Buying from us means you accept them. We have tried to write them as we would say them out loud.

Bookings, memberships and packages are sold and managed through Glofox. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. Prices on this website are in US dollars and may change, but a change never affects something you have already bought.
If a price shown here and the price in Glofox disagree, tell us. We will honour the lower one for that purchase and fix the error.
Cancel or move a booking in Glofox at least 12 hours before it starts and the credit returns to your account. Inside 12 hours, or if you do not arrive, the session is used.
If something genuinely out of your control happens, email us. We would rather hear from you than apply a rule.
If we cancel — equipment fault, illness, anything else — you get the session back, and if you would rather have the money we will refund it.
The TRIAL code for Bodyroll and the SCULPT20 code for Signature Sculpt are for new clients only, one per person.
Both apply to a single session only. What you pay for an introductory session is not credited towards a package or membership if you buy one afterwards. We say this plainly on the pages where the offers appear, and we are repeating it here so there is no doubt.
Signature Sculpt is performed over a treatment suit rather than on bare skin. Your suit is included free on your first visit. After that it is $5 to rent per visit or $20 to buy, and a suit is included with every ten-session package.
Before a first treatment we ask about pregnancy, medication and health conditions. Answer honestly. We may decline to treat you, or ask you to get your doctor's approval first, and we will do that for your safety rather than to be difficult.
If you have had surgery, we will ask for your surgeon's written approval before treating you.
Tell us if anything changes between visits — a new medication, a pregnancy, a new diagnosis.
Our treatments are not medical care. Nothing we say or publish is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for seeing a doctor. If you have a medical concern, see a medical professional.
Individual results vary, and we will not tell you how many sessions you need before we have seen you. We publish a recommended course of ten sessions for Signature Sculpt because that is our honest view of what the treatment usually takes, not a guarantee of an outcome. We do not promise a result, and no one working here is authorised to promise you one.
Sessions and packages are non-refundable once purchased, except where we have cancelled, where we have made a billing error, or where we agree otherwise. If you think something has gone wrong, email us before you dispute a charge — we would much rather sort it out directly.
Arrive a few minutes early so your session starts on time; arriving late shortens your session rather than everyone else's. Treat the equipment and the staff with care. We may end a session or a membership, with a refund of anything unused, if someone behaves in a way that makes the studio unsafe or unpleasant for others.
We photograph and film in the studio for our website and social media — the space, the equipment, treatments in progress. If you would rather not appear, tell us and you will not. Mention it at reception or email us and we will note it on your record, so you only have to say it once.
We ask you first before filming inside a treatment room, and we do not record audio of anything you tell us. If you have already appeared in something and change your mind, email us and we will stop using it going forward.
Our digital plans are not yet on sale. When they are, they are licensed to you for personal use. They are downloads, so they are non-refundable once delivered unless the file is faulty. Please do not redistribute them.
The text, photographs and design on studioreshaped.com belong to us. The site is provided as it is; we keep it accurate but we do not warrant that it is error-free or always available. Links to other sites are not endorsements of them.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, and the courts of Broward County have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when we last did. Changes do not apply retrospectively to something you have already bought.
