A controlled vacuum, working the tissue layer by layer.
The handpiece creates a vacuum that lifts and separates the tissue rather than pressing on it. That reaches layers a manual massage cannot, and it does so without force.
The manufacturer describes the vacuum as mobilising fat cells that hold water, encouraging retained fluid and metabolic waste out through the lymphatic system, and stimulating the fibroblasts associated with skin elasticity. How much any of that shows up is individual.
It is not an endurance test. Most people describe it as their whole body finally taking a breath.
The manufacturer describes the treatment as working on three fronts at once. Whether any of them changes how you look is individual — but this is what the machine is doing while you lie there.
Fluid and metabolic waste are encouraged out of the tissue, and fresh nutrients and oxygen in. This is the effect that tends to be noticeable soonest.
Blood flow to the area increases, which raises the local metabolic rate while the session is running.
The deeper layers are stimulated mechanically, which is associated with collagen and elastin production — the proteins that give skin its structure.
Ten sessions to begin with, then maintenance monthly or every other month, and a second course of ten at around six months. We will tell you at the first session roughly what you are likely to need. If that is more than you wanted to hear, we would rather you heard it now.
Signature Sculpt is priced by area, because working the whole body takes twice as long as working one part of it. The handpiece is used on the belly, arms, thighs, glutes, hips and back — pick the grouping that covers what you came in for.
Everything in one sitting. The choice when you want the lymphatic effect everywhere rather than the work concentrated in one place.
The middle and the upper arms. Usually chosen for fluid retention around the waist and for upper-arm skin laxity.
Thighs, glutes and the heaviness in the legs that shows up by the end of a working day. The most common choice.
Less fluid and less heaviness in whichever area was worked. The drainage effect is immediate; the cellulite work is not.
Clothes tend to be the first honest signal — how a waistband or a sleeve sits. It usually shows up there before it shows up in a mirror.
The skin and tissue work is the slow part — fibroblast stimulation is a gradual biological process. Expect it to take the full ten, if it comes at all.
How established the cellulite is changes how quickly it responds. Your therapist will give you a straight read at the first session rather than a promise.
Most people looking at this are also weighing surgery or fat freezing. They are built for different jobs — here is what ours does that theirs does not.
A comparison of what each approach is designed to do, not medical advice, and not a complete side-by-side. Signature Sculpt is not a medical or surgical procedure and is not a substitute for one — it works over a course of sessions rather than in a single visit. Speak to a licensed medical provider about surgical or device-based options, and to your doctor if you are pregnant, taking medication or living with a health condition.

Drag to compare. Photographed from a fixed mark, same light, same time of day — otherwise the comparison is lighting rather than results. Individual results vary; shared with written permission.
Bodyroll rolls and warms; Signature Sculpt lifts. The vacuum reaches deeper layers, which is why it targets cellulite specifically rather than improving it as a by-product of better circulation. Many people use both.
It should not. Some people see temporary redness where the handpiece has worked, which settles within a few hours. Bruising means the intensity was too high — tell your therapist and it will be adjusted.
Fluid retention often responds within two or three. Cellulite is slower and depends on how established it is. We would rather set that expectation at your consultation than after you have paid for a course.
Signature Sculpt is built around a cycle rather than a standing appointment. Ten sessions is the recommended cycle, two or three a week with at least a day between them — the tissue needs the gap, and going more often does not speed anything up.
After the ten, most people drop to once a month — or once every two months — which is enough to hold what the cycle got you. You come back for another ten when holding it stops being enough, rather than on a fixed schedule. We will tell you honestly when we think that is, and when we think it is not yet.
Leave about two hours either side without a meal. Drink more water than usual on the day and through the course — the treatment moves fluid, and your body needs something to move it with. Easing off alcohol and salty food during a course helps for the same reason.
Wear nothing under the garment we provide. No tights.
Yes, and the list is longer than most people expect. Pregnancy and the first six months after giving birth; a pacemaker or heart insufficiency; thrombophlebitis or deep vein thrombosis; any acute inflammatory illness; gallbladder or urinary tract conditions; skin rashes or broken skin in the area; and oncological or neurological conditions.
All of them need a conversation with us and with your doctor before you book, not on the day. We ask about all of it beforehand.
Recent surgery is different. It is not an automatic no — but it does need your surgeon’s clearance, and their view on timing and which areas to avoid. Bring it and we will work to it.
No, and we would rather be clear about that. It is aimed at body shape and the condition of the tissue, not at the scales. It is not a substitute for anything, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling.
That is a ten-session belly-and-arms package, $1,049. Priced by area, and sold in packages of five or ten rather than as a membership.
