Book a single session and come in. We will spend ten minutes on what you want to change, tell you which treatment suits it, and give you an honest answer about how many sessions it is likely to take.

If a membership or a package makes sense afterwards, you can buy one on your way out or whenever you are ready. Nobody is going to ask you to decide anything on the day.
