Health coaching,one to one

An hour with Roberta — founder of Reshaped and a certified integrative health coach trained in New York. Separate from the treatments, and for a different kind of question.

Coming soon

Health coaching is coming soon.

Everything below is what it will be. It is not bookable yet — tell us you are interested and you will hear first.

Tell me when it opens

The treatments need no consultation. This is not one of them.

Bodyroll and Signature Sculpt are straightforward. You book, you arrive, we ask a few health questions at the door and you get on the bed. There is no assessment to sit through first and nothing to pay for before you can try one.

Health coaching is a separate service, for the questions a treatment cannot answer on its own — energy, digestion, sleep, stress, what you eat and when, and why the same habits stopped working. It is bought separately and you can have it without ever booking a treatment.

Questionnaire

A short questionnaire

Sent to you when you book, and it takes about ten minutes. What you eat, how you sleep, your energy through the day, what you have already tried, and anything medical Roberta should know about. She reads it before you arrive, so the session starts with the conversation rather than the paperwork.

One to one with Roberta

An hour, in person or by video. You talk through what you want to change and she works out with you what is realistic, in what order, and what is worth leaving alone for now. Nothing is prescribed and nothing is sold — if a treatment is not right for you she will say so.

Afterwards

Afterwards

You leave with something written down: the changes you agreed on, in the order you agreed to make them. Most people take one session and get on with it. If you want to keep going, follow-ups are booked one at a time — there is no programme to sign up for.

Who you are actually talking to.

Roberta founded Reshaped, and she is a certified integrative health coach who trained in New York. Integrative coaching looks at the whole picture — food, sleep, movement, stress and the ordinary structure of a week — rather than at one number.

It is her studio, so she has no incentive to send you away with a course you do not need. That is the point of doing the consultation this way round: it is a paid hour of her attention, not a free hour of ours spent selling you something.

Before you book.

Do I need this before a Bodyroll or Signature Sculpt session?

No. Neither treatment requires a consultation. We ask a short set of health questions when you arrive — pregnancy, medication, recent surgery, circulation — and that is all. Book a session and come in.

Is this medical advice?

No, and it is important to be clear about it. A health coach is not a doctor, a dietitian or a therapist. Roberta will not diagnose anything, will not tell you to stop taking something you have been prescribed, and will tell you plainly when a question belongs with your physician instead.

Is it in person or online?

Either. In person at the studio on Sunrise Boulevard, or by video if that is easier — the session is the same, and plenty of people prefer to have this conversation from their own kitchen.

How many sessions do people usually have?

Most have one, act on it, and come back months later if something changes. Some book a follow-up after four to six weeks to look at what actually stuck. There is no package and nothing recurring.

What if I want to bring a specific condition to it?

Tell us beforehand. If it is something that needs a clinician rather than a coach, we would rather say so before you pay than halfway through the hour.
