What we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to make us stop.

Bookings and payments are handled by Glofox, not by this website. When you book, Glofox collects your name, email address, phone number, booking history and payment details. Card details go to Glofox's payment processor and are never seen or stored by us. We can see your name, contact details, what you have bought and when you have attended.
Before a first treatment we ask a short set of health questions — whether you are pregnant, taking medication, or living with a condition that would make a treatment unsuitable. We ask because it affects whether we can safely treat you. We keep those answers on your client record and we do not share them with anyone outside the studio.
Email is handled by Zoho Mail. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence so we can answer you and refer back to it later.
The site itself is static and sets no cookies of its own. What does set cookies and collect data is the advertising and analytics we run, described next.
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. To understand whether those adverts work, we use:
These set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser. They let us show adverts to people who have visited the site before, and they let us stop paying for adverts that do not work. They do not tell us who you are by name.
We may also upload a list of customer email addresses to Meta or Google so that existing clients are shown different adverts, or excluded from adverts aimed at new clients. Those platforms require the list to be hashed before upload.
We honour the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends one.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the advertising platforms named above. We have never received payment for anyone's data and we do not intend to.
Client and booking records are kept while you are a client and for seven years afterwards, which is the period our accountant advises for tax and liability purposes. Health screening answers are kept for the same period. Advertising cookies expire on the schedules set by Meta and Google, typically within 13 months. Email correspondence is kept for three years.

If you are a California resident, the rights above are those granted by the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right to opt out of sale or sharing and the right to limit use of sensitive personal information. If you are in the EU or UK, we rely on your consent for advertising cookies and on legitimate interest or contract for the rest, and you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
The site is served over HTTPS. Client records sit in Glofox behind password-protected accounts. We keep access to those accounts limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if we become aware of a breach affecting your information.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant — a new category of data, or a new purpose — we will say so on the website rather than quietly editing the page.
